Robert Garza, Director of Field Services - North America

Robert Garza has been Guerbet North America’s Director of Field Services since early 2023. In this role, Robert manages a team of field service engineers as well as technical product support, dispatch and internal service teams to deliver high-quality support and service to Guerbet’s injector and urology system customers. Robert joined Guerbet in November 2021 as the US Field Service Manager, overseeing that national team and improving the recruitment and onboarding processes while implementing cost savings initiatives for customers.

Prior to joining Guerbet, Robert spent 20 years in service and service management, with 15 of those years in roles of progressive responsibility at Philips Healthcare. He holds an Associate Degree in Semiconductor Electronics, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, and a Master of Business Administration.
