Pam Pollard, Customer Experience Director

Pam has taken on the role of Customer Experience Director effective January 2026. She previously held the title of Head of Business Development. She also held the title of National Sales Manager for the urology, injector, and digital sales teams, as well as the clinical applications teams from 2016- 2024.  Before that, she was a Global Marketing Director.  Ms. Pollard joined Guerbet as part of the acquisition of the Contrast Media & Delivery Systems business from Mallinckrodt.  She has over 20 years of sales, marketing, global marketing, OEM & business development experience.

Ms. Pollard has an MBA from Webster University and has completed certificate programs in leadership from Washington University.  She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Professional Women in Healthcare, and the Delta Zeta Alumnae Professionals Association.
