Matthew Berkle, Compliance Counsel, Head of U.S. Compliance

Matt Berkle joined Guerbet as Head of U.S. Compliance on November 1, 2024. He is responsible for all corporate compliance-related matters in the United States.

Matt brings over 20 years' experience advising pharmaceutical and medical device companies and a Fortune 1 corporation in legal and compliance capacities, focusing on corporate compliance,  commercial transactions, fraud and abuse, sales and marketing, regulation, government pricing, and reimbursement. 

Matt holds a JD from Hofstra University School of Law and a Masters of Health Law (LLM) from Widener University School of Law.
